Meanwhile, while the battle for Zanat was raging, the fighters Voinia had sent out to find the cloaked ships were almost immediately destroyed by heavy neutron fire from the Azdgari fleet. Carnotaur then had all his ships decloak and make a mad charge at Borb Station, and Admiral Borb within it. The Voinian vessels that tried to stop him were blasted easily, and the Azdgari fleet continued to charge forward.Suddenly, all of them stopped, and only one warship continued to go forward. It was the A.E.S. Boomer, and its name carried special importance.

The warship sped towards Borb Station, and then, with a few cherclunks, launcher four space mines at the station. As the warship began to pull away, Borb Station was hit by the four space mines. The shields instantly disintigrated, and the hull was ripped and torn by the explosions. Bulkheads collapsed, the stations core started to explode, and Admiral Borb rushed toward a Voinian escape pod!

The station finally exploded, sending tons and tons of metal and debris down to Voinia, causing major chaos. This was a major blow to the Voinians. Admiral Borb escaped but severely injured. The A.E.S. Carnotaur then moved forward and picked up Admiral Borb, and then put him in the brig. Then, after leaving the system rather quickly (because Voinia was sending out her defense fleet), Captain Carnotaur set a course for his father Intimidator, which was at that moment entering the Zanat system...

Now, before I continue, I must tell you something: Please! When refering to my TWO characters, please refer to them as either "Intimidator" and "Captain Carnotaur"! I have two characters and I do not like them being called the wrong names.

Intimidator, who had been left in a nearby system to hyper in at the nessicary time, suddenly recieved an emergency signal from Roostersw. It read: Come now.

Intimidator immediately engaged into hyperspace and sped in the direction of Zanat.

Meanwhile, every Voinian on the R.P. was chasing Roostersw and Bubaganoosh. Oasa was furious, but he was even more furious when a Voinian aid came to him and told him that Intimidators fleet had arrived.

The Azdgari warfleet, after seeing the destruction of Zanti Refinery and the desctruction of most Corocian vessels, wanted immediate revenge. Oasas fleet was not ready for this. The Azdgari fleet greatly outgunned them. Within a few seconds the Azdgari fleet destroyed two Voinian cruisers, and then attacked the rest.

Meanwhile, the A.E.S. Intimidator and two other Azdgari warships were attacking the Rotting Penquin. Oasas lead vessel couldn't take the punishment, and was disabled. Intimidator then boarded the R.P. and sent hundreds of Azdgari troops pouring into the vessel. Intimidator himself, after grabbing a Phase Beamer and a war suit with a life pack, boarded the vessel and went in search of Roostersw and Bubaganoosh, because Oasa could easily just self destruct his vessel...

Three thousand Voinan troops with battle suits and automatic neutron blasters scrambled to defend the R.P, as Azdgari troops came on board.

Oasa was worried about the invasion, but not Buba and Rooster. You see, Voinan cruisers' access tubes are used as trash chutes most of the time, and double as access to interior mechanics. Using half of his cruiser's reserve power, Oasa powered up the trash compactors and sucked the two Corocians down into it. They were trapped.

Oasa broadcast a hail to the attackers - "Give me Borb and you get Buba back. One wrong move, and they're squashed. Refuse, and face the wrath of two hundred cruisers which will soon be here!" Of course there was no mention of Rooster, whom Oasa hated for always stopping his master plans on the EVO board.

Meanwhile, Oasa had put on a battle suit and had gotten into his Voinan Escape Pod*, if it was needed. He waited for a response from the Corocians.

*=escape pod that looks exactly like space debris. heavily armored, not easily noticed (no transmissions, engine exhaust).

Captain Daedalus addresses representatives from all of the Renegade factions.

"I have called you here today to take advantage of a galactic conflict that has arisen. Captain Oasa has waged a war againstt the galaxy and has destroyed many fleets of the UE and Miranu. This has left many worlds vulnerable. suggest that we grab this oppportunity to dominatethe Northern Miranu worlds and make a powerful fleet from their resources. We will have to Unite and form the Renegade Allegianc (RA)."

"Captain, how will the wealth be split up?"

"The wealth will be split up by ships. But you need not worry, There is enough wealth for a shuttle captain with a laser cannon to gain millions. Do you join the cause?"

"Captain, we are with you."

"Excellent, the only fleet in our way is the Zatchit, they are currently le weakened from a run in with Oasa's forces, we will randevou in the Hrekka system in one week."

"Rubin, The Renegade fleet is ready and I am going to lead them in Icorus's Wing (CW) against theZatchit. I have recently purchased 50 Miranu Heavy Freighters. This freighters will be returning from Mira and Azdargi, after a series of upgrades, in 2 days. I have our scientist makeing duplicates of my cloaking device and you are to over see the outfitting of all this heavy freighters with one."

The Corocians replied. "Only if you give Roostersw back as well!" Oasa denied Intimidators request.

Then, Intimidator got an idea. He ordered on of his ships near the R.P. to fire a few SAE modules at the R.P. The SAEs impacted and caused a huge hull breach that included the trash compactor. Roostersw and Bubaganoosh floated out and were quickly retrieved by the Intimidator. The Intimidator then proceeded to withdraw all his troops back into his ship. However, a few Voinians infiltrated the A.E.S. Intimidator and recaptured Admiral Borb. After bringing him back to the R.P., Oasa got news that the rest of his fleet had been destroyed. The Intimidator then turned his guns on Oasa, and his fleet was easily able to destroy the already disabled Voinian cruiser. However, Borb and Oasa were able to escape in a Voinian escape pod.

Oasas plan had failed.

Meanwhile Carnotaur had been patroling Miranu space. He worrried about Renegade incursions. So, after some thought, Carnotaur went to Dames and Xarnes and got a bunch of technology and Azdgari vessels to bring to the Zachit.

Carnotaur then brought these vessels to Zachit station, and began to help them formulate a battle plan to protect them from the Renegades.

Sorry I was out during the major battle. I would have liked to participate but oh well...

Buba stood on the Intimidator looking out of a small view finder at the wreckage. His ship, Ursla's Pride had been chewed up by turret fire and other projectiles. Hoping it wasn't to late to save her Buba asks Intimidator if he can be released in a fighter to go and investigate his ship. Does Intimidator agree?

Intimidator not only agrees, but lets Bubaganoosh go in an Azdara, escorted by three Azdgari warships. Intimidator also says that he will have the A.E.S. Scorch send down some engineers to help with the repairs.

"Sir, scouts have reported major ship build up in the Zachit system. They are part of the Corocians fleet."

"We are only one jump away. But I have a plan."

The Renegade fleet jumped into the zachit system. 10 cresent warships led 15 turncoats, 20 helians, and many more fighters. The CWs produced a wide wall of space mines aimed to sweep through the system. The Azdgari Warships upon impact the Azdgari warships were devastated, however thy managed to launch all their fighters. 36 Azdgari fighters and a few Aradas attacked the worships.

"Hurry, bring up the Helians, launch your fighters and and needle missles. The turrets are to slow to track those fighters." said Daedalus from the Icourus's Wing.

Daedalus wanted to cut his losses. But still, two Warships were destroyed by the time the battle was over.

"Board the station, the Zachit are no more. congatulations."

Negative. Oasas fleet was completely destroyed.

Also, could we have a new rule: No more space mines. They make the story boring.

Anyway, to continue the story:

Captain daedalus realized far too late that the Azdgari fleet was beaten too easily. As the Renegade troops boarded Zachit Station, they noticed that it was set on an auto-destruct sequence. The station exploded violently, taking down with it 4 Helians, 1 Turncoat, and 2 CWs, along with 3,000 troops.

As the wreckage of Zachit station floated down to the uninhabited planet nearby, fivetzZ6vP squadrons of Zachit fighters decloak, along with 12 Zachit Aradas. Captain daedalus sent a few CWs after these new arrivals, but suddenly he was outmaneuvered when 6 Azdgari warships decloaked directly in back of his fleet.

"I have arrived to avenge my fleet!" Captain Carnotaur shouted over the com system.

daedalus's fleet was outgunned and outmaneuvered. The Azdgari fleet began to slaughter them. Suddenly three Azdgari warships started to attack daedalus's personnel vessel, attempting to disable and capture it, along with daedalus, Oasa, and Borb.

Meanwhile on the bridge of daedalus's vessel, the com officer gets a message from the south tip Renegades and human Renegades, which had been attacking the UE. It read: Igadzra and Azdgari forces have launched a major offensive against all Human and South Tip Renegades. We cannot hold out for more than a week. Please help.

In that case...

Buba takes Intimadators offer and flies down in the Azdara to inspect the damage of Ursla's Pride. Besides the fact that the hull was beaten up with turret fire the inside seemed pretty well intact. After a few days of rewiring and then a week of repairing the hull Buba would have his ship looking brand-spanking new. He ordered the 'space-tugs' to haul his ship back to the Intimidators ship; however, Buba did not return with them instead he left a message on the Intimidator's ship screen. "Intimidator: Please, if you would be so kind to return my ship to Usla's docking bay I would be most obliged. I currently have a mission I must complete, but don't worry. You will get your Azdara back. So long... may we meet again" With that Buba, in his Azdara, shot out of the Zanat system to the stars beyond.

how about Borb, myself, and rooster escape with my entire fleet destroyed. we make it back to Voina all right. In the meantime, Zachit, Borb, Pax and Zanti stations are all destroyed (don't you love space mines ;)). The renegades, though they lost most their fleet in the Zachit battle, now pose a sizable threat to both the Voinans, Miranu, and all humanity.

One week from now, a massive battle erupts at Sol. Seven V. Frigates, the remnants of the Zachit, half the Corocian fleet, and a huge Renegade/Igazra spearhead all attack hapless Sol. Something must be done before nothing is left. But what? Surely not peace...

how's that for a tie in? rooster, is it ok?

Assuming that they will not be thrown out.

I call my second in command, "Rubin, Hurry, decloak the heavy freighters."

Suddenly as if from nowhere, 50 Miranu heavy freighters decloak (mentioned earlier). After launching dozens of Azdgari fighters the proceed to launch literally a wall of pursuit missles effectively wiping out Captain Carnotaur's fleet and disabling his ship.

Captain, you will pay for your little trick.
The renegades board the captains ship and bring him to F-25.

Actually, i like what has happened (in a moderator's vision, not as a player only), and you seemed to make it clear you would not release Rooster. I'm afraid there is no vast infringement of the rule to warrant removing this timeline.

CONTINUATION: As Buba began to fly away, he sees a lifesign in the wreckage. He decides to go and inspect it. When his ship reached the coordinates, he saw out of the window, Rooster in warsuit clinging to a peice of hull. Buba immediately pulled him in, and asked him why and how he was still here. "I was in the compactor with you, and then i saw you and someone get picked up by Intimidator." Buba: "But it looked like you..." Rooster: "We may have a terrible problem. If Oasa has a copy of me on the Intimidator, there's no telling what damage he could do." Buba (reaching for photonlance): "How do i know you aren't the copy?" Rooster pulls up his left arm and reveals a neutron blast scar. Buba: "Of course...the other one didn't have a scratch on him." Rooster begins to stand up and puts on an ID pad to identify himself. Then he asks Buba what we do next....

Unfortunately, daedalus had forgot that Carnotaur was inventive, intellegent, and was part Zidagar and Igadzra, making him rather muscular and having a tendency to loose his temper.

When being taken to the interrogation room, Carnotaur suddenly spins around and delivers a bone crushing punch to one of his guards. As that guard collapses, his nose broken and bleeding, the other guard begins to aim his phase blaster. Carnotaur lunges and him and nots him onconcious. He grabs a phase blaster, and then pulls out something he had been working on: A personnel cloaked device.

Carnotaur activates the device, and disappears.

Meanwhile, Roostersw and Buba are discussing what to do when Intimidator hyperspaces in. After getting aboard, Intimidator reveals that he discovered the fake Rooster and killed him with a phase beamer. Intimidator then tells Rooster and Buba that Carnotaur sent him a coded transmission from F-25. He had been captured, but he was now cloaked and hiding. Intimidator, who is very distraught over the thought that his son is on the brink of being killed by Renegades, pleads for Bubas and Roosters help.
