" We were able to trace the system the destroyer's of Luna went, it's Eltos. You are to procede their with a fleet of 12 cariers and 20 destroyers. Your mision is to destroy the entire renegade fleet." "Aye sir!", DeBlazio said happily. At last revenge. He laughed histericley while walking back to his ship.

DeBlazio, you will have to wait until Oasa comes out of hyperspace before you can locate him. He'll either run out of fuel or stop on a planet, but the longer he waits, the sooner i can come and help eliminate him.

NARRATION: The crashing of a few fighters only damaged one wing of the Luna Control, and Oasa, you obviously removed your jump signature since you said they wouldn't be able to track you, so no warships were damaged in the jumpstream. In my opinion, you angered the UE for mere damage on their shipyard. You have to come out of hyperspace sometime, and i'll be waiting to see what happens then.

CONTINUATION: Rooster and Carnotaur await response from Buba before anything can progress in the proposed alliance. Meanwhile, strange things having been transpiring upon the Saratoga and Rooster suspects sabotage...

clarifications: when buba et al came into the system, their ships were promptly destroyed by the mines I left as a present for them. They can live I suppose.

The fighters I sent on kamikaze took out the broadcast antennae of Luna control. Luna is fine, but they couldn't track me or broadcast anymore (until they fix it.)

I was able to get out of the system OK because jump-in points are diff than jump-out points, preventing FTL crashes.

I did come out of hyperspace, but you don't know where. (Neither do I, gotta figure out what I'm doing :D)

The UE fleet jumps in the Eltos system and destroy's all but oasa's warship that ecaped. "The UE will have it's revenge", DeBlazio vowed and jumped after Oasa into hell.

You need to either divulge your location, or get a cloak somehow. Word always gets to your pursuers where you are. And if your in hyperspace and you choose to mask your sig, your always hidden. People won't just fly through your mines. They can see them even in hyperspace. DeBlazio you need to wait for response at least halfway through the battle from your prey so they can react.

Buba agrees to see Rooster and Captain about the current situation of Pax and the United Earth Goverment. "Where shall we meet? Do we agree on Earth?" asks Buba obviously unaware of the mines lurking in the Sol System.

NOTE: First of all Deblazio you don't know where Oasa is and you can't defeat all his ships THAT easily. Especially without know what Oasa would do first. (like Rooster said). Next I would just like to say that Oasa should be able to just disapear for a little while so he can figure out his next course of action, unless your already allowing him to do that.

A Miranu freighter south of Feviry detected thirty heavy warships traveling through hyperspace. Their vector appeared to be heading towards Ursa. The captain, D. Riprock, got a scan off the lead ship - it was the Bloated Penguin.

"But... I thought his fleet was only seven ships strong!"

Apparently not. We must prepare a defense quickly! To your ships!

Crewman, lock vector to Ursa...enter jumpstream! With a screech the Saratoga entered the jumpstream, still a good bit away from Ursa. After 3 hours, the Saratoga pulls out of jumpstream at Ursa. The defense fleet is already moving into formation. An officer screams, "Oh god! The rear shield bubble projectors are disabled, and there are enemy ships in the stream right behind us at multiple vectors!" The con officer reacts quickly trying to swerve the ship around. The ships warp in, and a phase blast rips through the rear-port hull. The Saratoga releases it's attack drones* in a desperate move to protect themselves...

*Attack Drones: A miniturized krait with limited weapons capability but hard to target. Usually released from the hull of a warship. Never seen alone.

Seeing the Saratoga jump into the system Buba quickly reacts rushing to his ship to assist the brave Rooster. The engines hum to life as the Notorious FUZZ , Buba's recently newly outfitted stolen Azdagari Warship. As his ship emerges from the thick atmosphere of his homeworld he targets Oasa's main ship, trying to take down the leader in hopes that the rest of the fleet will soon disperse. Engaging in battle Buba risks his life for the place he calls home. Dodging as much turret fire as he can Buba closes in on the Bloated Penguin releasing his Arada's at the ship. With turrets ablaze the Notorious FUZZ engages the Bloated Penguin in face to face combat.

MODERATION: You present an attack, then they present a counterattack. If that counter doesn't keep you from hitting them the second time and your attack is sufficiently powerful (in strategic means), you can take down their ship. Simple?

AMENDMENT: Each player may construct a single hybrid fighter, weapon, etc. built upon a current EVO design. It may not be more powerful in sheer strength than it's model, but it may be strategically more powerful. (EX: Attack Drones)

CONTINUATION: The enemy ships move to attack the Ursa based fleets again...

Okay... then... Buba gathers the fellow citizens of Ursa into a fleet of warships. Seeing the small number of available ships he decides to ask UE for recruitments.

Two days later, Oasamostexianu enters the system. His fleet's numbers are half those of the defense*, yet he still feels confident of victory. Slowly his fleet lumbers into formation, their sublight drives straining.

The Bloated Penguin sits as the flagship in a diamond formation. Protecting him are six Crescent warships, arranged in a hexagon. In a two parsec radius sit twenty three Voinan cruisers.

Ursla soon becomes aware of the impending battle as Oasamostexianu hails them. "Surrender now, and you shall be slaughtered quickly. Fight, and prepare to be boarded. Especially that impersonator Samurai. ;)"

No response. Oasa assumes their pride has overcome their sensibilities, and lays his plan.

The cruisers and warships simultaneously deploy their fighters. Yet unbeknownst to the defenders, these V. Heavy fighters are each equipped with one space mine in lieu of rockets. Four V. Fighters, escorted by 3 crescent fighters each, in separate squadrons bank off from the fleet and head for Bubba's ship. At the same time, the main formation lumbers forward, inviting a counter attack. In the confusion of the ensuing battle, the fighters go unnoticed until it is too late, four mines and four fighters exploding violently on Bubba's hull. The 12 Crescent fighters peel off and return to their motherships. Bubba's ship, though still possessing comm, and life support, has been rendered little more than a cargo shuttle.

*(10 Voinan frigates, 3 përs's, 20 or so UE destroyers and carriers, assorted zachit, 25 crescent fighters (i looke at Ursla's def.fleet))
