Wrong. Intimidators fleet is assembling in the Azdgari system. I will make them come in just a little while. However, I DID send those new ships there (with the Azdgari troops). However, I've decided to only have 4,000 troops instead of 6,000.

There are 60 officers aboard the Crescent class warship. Heh...i was waiting to see what would bring ya'll down in the end :p. Voinian Frigates have much more (350, which i don't understand), but they aren't equipped for ground battle. Multiply 60 by the amount of warships you're sending, and that's your count.

In a seemingly useless move, three Voinan cruisers jettison their cargo, which is quickly picked up by the Crescent Warships. Shortly after, those three VCs break off from geostationary orbit and begin a descent into Ursla's atmosphere.
Unknown to the defense below, the entire crew and weaponry of the cruisers had been offloaded by cargo pods just minutes ago. Oasamostexianu himself was now piloting these ships by remote control. As their altitude dropped to seventy miles above sea level, Oasa sent a self destruct command to all three ships. Quickly he then set their course to land at the ground defense assembled at Fuzzville, Ursla's capital.
Ten seconds later, seven thousand tons of Voinan hull passed over Fuzzville at three hundred miles per hour. But the fleet traveled no further.
A blinding light passed over the defence, as millions of litres of slush deuterium and thousands of tons of Bronev armor underwent fusion in a huge explosion.
Ursla's Eastern Hemisphere had been turned into a radioactive crater thirty miles deep in less than a second. All that survived were fuzzes, munching obliviously on the grain which is used in Saalian Brandy.

CONTINUATION: Rooster, about to board a floatship, decides to take another Azdara (loaded with a transport drone) at the base into orbit. He moves through the cruisers shots with heavy damage, but manages to escape in the drone with a warsuit before it impacted with the comm array. The control between the flagship and unmanned cruisers was severed, and Rooster's pod safely attached to the hull of the Intimidator. Cheering Ursans flew up to dock with the drifting ships in floatships...

edit: i just understood your post rooster, and there's no way you could have boarded your azdara, found the cruisers, dodged shots, and ejected within the seconds I spent sending them into a kamikaze attack and their quick detonation. you might have just been able to launch your fighter before my cruisers went kaplooie. no way you stopped my attack. no smufin' way.

Disregarding that post (because Intimidator wasn't even there) I will continue.
Finally the Azdgari fleet was assembled. 8 Azdgari warships. 12 Azdgari Azdaras. 2,000 Azdgari troops waiting on the warships. All vessels outfitted with Bronov plating. All vessels equipped with neutron weaponry. And at the head of it all, the A.E.S. Intimidator, the most powerful vessel in the Azdgari navy. The fleet was formidable.
The Intimidator quickly sets a course and hyperspaces towards Ursla (sp?)...

After a few jumps, Intimidator and his fleet hyperspaces in, directly in back of Oasas fleet. They didn't stand a chance.
The Azdgari warfleet opened fire, disintigrating a Crescent warship almost instantly. The A.E.S. Intimidator quickly rushes toward Oasas vessels, arming neutron weaponry. With a few seconds 80 neutron blasts slam into Oasas vessel, obliterating its last shields. After a few more hits, the vessel explodes.
Suddenly a Voinian vessel moves in front of the Intimidator and opens fire. The Intimidator returns fire with all weapons, releasing his Azdara fighters as well. Suddenly, six Azdgari Aradas appear from behind an Azdgari warship and charge the Voinian cruisers, sending dispersal rockets and neutron blasts flying at it at incredible speeds. The cruiser cannot take the punishment, and then implodes.
The space battle is in chaos. The Azdgari outnumber, outman, and outgun Oasas fleet. The Bloated Penguin is hit with a rocket and crashes on Ursla. The rest of Oasas fleet retreats to the far side of Ursla. The Azdgari fleet has suffered heavy losses, but not as much as Oasas fleet has. Oasas fleet then sends a message to Oasa, asking for instructions.

I meant the Bloated Penguin...sorry Carno. But still, disregard my post about it.
I guess you're right. But, you didn't have anything aboard said ships that could blow a crater much larger than 100 meters. But since you did so at the command center and we weren't expecting it, the command center is destroyed now. Buba and i had warsuits on, so we're okay, like you said, but we have wounded and dead.
Oasa now has 2 warships and the Bloated Penguin (grounded). Remember Intimidator, Oasa kamikazied his Voinian ships (you included destroying one or two). Rooster's Azdara, on it's way to stop the destruction, moves to the fall point of the Bloated Penguin. As the ship nears the ground, Rooster prepares to board the ship and puts on a warsuit and photonlance*.
Photonlance (additional) - The Photonlance can be equipped on the opposite end with several attachments.

-I only destroyed one, and that should be within the limited number of Voinian vessels.
Anyway...
Suddenly two Azdgari Aradas fly down to guard the Bloated Penguin. Suddenly, out of one of them hops the Intimidator. He lands next to Roostersw, along with a few Azdgari troops, and says "I'll help ya."
Roostersw looks at the unusual looking Intimidator. Since he is part Azdgari, Zidagar, and Igadzra, he looks somewhat like a cross-between.
Anyway, Intimidator grabs a phase beamer (and a war suit :D) and goes toward the grounded Bloated Penguin along with Roostersw.

Buba tends to the wounded Urslans, most of them are his family and friends from growing up. Toiling through the day Buba helps carry thousands to the nearby hospitals for treatment.

Rooster and Intimidator break through the airlock in the side of the Penguin, and step inside. A red light shines through the corridors and Rooster steps over to a control panel. "The rear portside hull is breached all over. "I'm reading 42 lifesigns of the 60 crew compliment." Suddenly a beam shoots across the bulkhead. Rooster pulls out his lance after attaching a bayonet and thrusts it through the enemy. He pulls it out and initiates autosanitate. Rooster motions for Intimidator to lead...
(We need to know what kind of people are aboard this ship, Oasa)

*Because Intimidator is a mix of species, he has extremely good eye accuity (sp?).

LOL... Thank you everybody, I try my best to save the day. Actually, I didn't feel like going after Oasa and so I decided to look like the hero without actually doing any fighting
P.S. I would just like to say that this post is going very well. It is staying well moderated even after these many posts. Although there aren't many characters playing it is pretty fun. Almost like an online EVO D&D; game

hold up a sec... I think our timescales are messed up. After the large space battle in which I emerged victorious, I still commanded six Voinan cruisers and one B.P. Three offloaded their crews to the other cruisers, and the other three kamikazed on Ursla. I have three undamaged Voinan cruisers left. Elapsed time between end of major battle and blow'd up defense is about two hours. Carnotaur's character could not have gotten there.
Can I continue from my timeline? I'm about to do something extremely amazing and cool, if you'd let me.

You're still alive, if not with the whole fleet. Intimidator was assembling only two jumps away and we aren't running realtime here. Sorry, but i think i'm gonna have to let this one stick. You can still get us, you were bound to have taken out alot of their fighters and one warship. Sometimes you gotta roll with the punches (i think that's it)...
You just have to (and before i say this, you can feel free to do this if you can get past us) get on a ship in your bay or one of ours we landed in and go up to your remaining fleet (two warships with minor damage and two undamaged cruisers).
