      I've got a really stupid question... How do I make an animated GIF from a PICS animation? :frown: Infini-D can't render GIFs, and neither Photoshop nor GraphicConverter nor MoviePlayer seem able to do the conversion. Or is there another format I can display on a webpage?

      Alright, I found GifBuilder and did the job... you can find my two Horrible Gelatinous Blob animations in the topic named "Baby Blobs". They take a while to load, but they're neat. 😛

      Perhaps some of you remember Frozen Heart? The gas clouds and dust storms (I think...havn't played it in a while) change shape instead of turning. It was an awesome affect...I once saw one of the government's fleets trying to kill one of the gas clouds.

      My apologies if someone already said this, but I was just scanning through the topic and missed some of it.

      Who says that AI's can't have cloaking devices? Make the mask cover the entire ship when pointed east and be normal when west. It would look like the AI was turning the device on and off to save fuel. What do you think?

      That gives me a cool idea. Have a government whose ships hulls are plated with mirrors! This would make the ship apear totally invisible in space!
