I finished the part of the plug that captures Molos and Aldura for the Voinians.... I went back to Molos' bar and got this sort of message:

Blah blah, a guy walks up to you, tells you that good always wins in the battle of good and evil, and then he runs out. I chase out after him, but he's gone. I back to drink.

And now I left the planet and noticed that my mission info thing had "A strange occurrence" as one of the missions.... no info on it, just that name. What the hell am I supposed to do?

sounds like a self-aborting that didn't abort. try landing again, and going back to the bar.

I'm must say I'm very dissapointed with ROTV II. I mean the story line is great and I loved ROTV; however, they are just way too buggy!! After about 10 or so missions it started to crap out on me and I couldn't play anymore.

And I love how people make claims like this without any evidence to support them. You should be playing the newest version (availabe here) which should be relatively bug free. But then again, perhaps you've never considered that maybe it was the way you were playing it. When a mission like that occurs, it means either you need to land on the planet again or the return planet is a mystery. Either that, or whoever did ROTV is just messed up. That could be it too...
Exaggeration is a bad thing... especially when "very buggy" translates to two mispellings.

Bomb, ROTV II is buggy. Even the new one (the one you put up a couple weeks ago with the new ROTV I, ROTV II and ROTV II Magma files. I did land back on the planet, and I got nothing in the bar... I have no clue what's going on.

Flatulence, open the file, and check the resource. The returnstel is "-4" meaning it will complete at the planet where it was accepted. Perhaps you might want to re-define "buggy." As you either missed the dialogue, or your pilot file is messed up in some way. Regardless, no hard feelings; here's the text that should have come up;

"After three more Querin ales, you stumble back to your quarters aboard the <PSN>. Before you head for bed, you check your hypermail, and discover one message from New Voinia! It reads, "<PN>, request your assistance in next phase of attack planning. Your expertise makes you perfect for job. Come at once!""

If the mission has disappeared, go to New Voinia.. otherwise, let me know.

I have no knowledge of plugins or "opening their resources" or whatever that is..... I tell you, most of your missions in ROTV II are guess & check, or ask on the boards. Just look at the numbers, they don't lie... your plug gets asked about more than any others, because people get stuck at many points. Repeatedly.

I really enjoy the ROTV plugs, and I'm not insulting them... I'm letting you know that perhaps you want to fill in some descriptions for some of the blank missions.
