Any idea where I can get this? I have Ultimate combat rating, and Dospect armor, but can't find where/how to get Bronev plating.

Most people after me will tell you to search but anyway here it is. You can not get it now. It is only available through the Voinian mission string and since you already work for the UE you can't get it. Start a new pilot and side with the Voinians.

There's also a plug-in with extra missions (starting after Paaren Station has been completed) which doesn't really change the original game, but which will give you a mission after which Bronev is available if you're not friends with the Voinians.
You'll have to search for it, can't for f*uck's sake remember what it's called.------------------

I could be hallucinating or just plain crazy, but I have this memory of getting it available by dominating a Voinian world with a high tech-rating. I couldn't buy it due to space issues, but that might work.
