      i dont know how to observe it iv done the mission 20 times and nothing happens

      Just go into the system, use your scanners to find the Dreadnought and go back to the system that you have to return to (one of the UE systems, I forget because it's been ages since I've played Override).

      just a little clarification.... use your scanners do find it = press tab until you get the Dreadnaught in your ship info window.
      Then leave.
