The Voinian Cruiser is really good.....until it gets blown to pieces by my superior UE Cruiser.
The Voinian Cruiser is not the best ship in the game. The fighter bay is inferior to the UE fighter bay, and the thing is slow to the point of being nearly unmanagable in a dogfight without blowing nearly 4 million credits on speed upgrades. The armor makes it good in the Crescent, but that's its only redemming quality. I like ships that you can take anywhere and have more utility......

1. The Voinians are just plain evil , though! But they're still fun to play for, especially when you get to go beat up on the Emalgha.
2. The (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com/evosite/shipyard.html#vcruiser")Voinian Cruiser(/url) is probably the second least likely ship to be destroyed (behind the(url="http://"http://www.geocities.com/evosite/shipyard.html#uecruiser")UE Cruiser(/url)). But I personally prefer the Igazra or Crescent Warship...they're more powerful ships.

1. I like Voinians; lots of free ammo.
2. Too hard to capture, anyway my (heavily upgraded) UE Cruiser turns them into fine powder. Infact a UE Carrier does the same.

They're evil, yes, their ships suck, yes, but god do I love those voinian turrets! There's no doubt in my mind that those turrets are the best! I emptied a crescent warship of all upgrades, put in the movement upgrades, armor and shields, and those turrets, and damn! Who needs a secondary weapon!

Sometimes I like them. They call to the evil side of me that wants to kill the UE. Never played the missions, now that I think of it.
PErhaps, if you like slow ships. I prefer the Lazira, just fast enough.

1. the Voinians are pretty cool in some respect, the UE are pretty cool in :rolleyes: some respect :rolleyes:, but theyll all be destroyed when the Azdgari expand out.
2. the V. Cruiser really blow goats, the Voinians are more for people who like big heavilly armed rocks that can take some really amazing beatings. Me? I prefer more finesse, speed, and agility. hence my ship, the wonderful azdara

I think it's definately one of the best ships in the game but for Crescent use it need to be custom fitted, dumb the bay and the rockets, get the shield regenerator upgrades and the speed upgrades, then get some projectiles and maybe an Azdara bay among other things, oh and all the standard upgrade that take up no space.
