The Zidagar have the largest fleet!! Every time I flip through a Z system, there are tons of Pocket warships and flying lasers zipping about... so there's one vote for them...

The Iggies definately dominate the power area, but they're slow, so they are not completely dominate...

The Azdgari are fast and hard to kill... but they don't have the firepower to even it out..

The Zidagar's phased beams tear an Iggie warship to shreads, but can't lock onto an Azdgari ship.. But the Azdgari don't have the proper ECM systems to evade SAE modules..

That proves nothing at all. You cannot compare a "suped-up" ship with an AI ship. Hell, I could beat the Dreadnought with a "suped-up" Emalgha fighter! (I've never tried, but I could. It would take forever, though.) But of course, this is all off-topic rambling. I'd have to give my vote to the Azdgari. They have awesome ships and tech, and they are adaptive so they don't need that much of an empire. The Aggie Warship rocks, especially in groups. The Igadzra are too slow, and their Arada sucks.

I say that the zidagar are the ones I would believe would win against the iggies, because of the power of their zidaras and phase beams, and their speed advantage. 2 zidaras cost less than a iggy, and are superior in firepower by far because of their fighters and beams. And they also have the SAE jammer. The iggies beat the azgari because the azgari have no SAE jammers. The Azgari beat the zidagar because of their fighters, which can overwhelm zidaras in numbers alone, and their not to slow, but powerful, warships.
