Where does this plug start? I've been playing with it for a while and haven't noticed anything new.

Early on, you might notice a few new missions on your mission computer, such as "Deliver Archeological Equipment" and "Deliver <classified>" but these missions don't advance the plot. Once you've completed the UE central objective, head to Knox (sp?) and check the bar repeatedly. Be patient, and you'll get the "D12" missions. After these, check the bars around UE space often to find the other new missions added. Good luck!
