i am currently doing the azdgari missions, and they told me that i had to get rid of my azdara and get an arada. so i did and i made a few cargo runs for them, but i seem to be doing the same things over and over again, like destroying zidigar patrols, or capturing miranu cargo. i want to get farther in the mission strand. is there another planet i need to go to? and one more question, when can i get my azdara back?

I think after that one mission you can get a new Azdara, but why have an Azdara when you can have a UE Cruiser with an Azdara bay? (Especially in EVO 1.0.2!)
As far as the next mission string, I'm not quite sure where you are. If you already had the mission with the "Zidagar photographer" then I think the next mission is from the Xarnes bar. (It's the second Azdgari moon, the one with all of the scientists.) Otherwise it's at the planet with the new base that you help construct.

if your on the S-whatever planet, then u need to get the mission to destroy the photographer (like ooter said). then u have to let him escape. if other mission (like destroy zidagar patrol) keep showing up and u cant get the photo one to show up, heres what u do:
1 land on S-whatever
2 go to the bar, accept any missions they give u
3 re-enter the bar (without leaving the planet)
4 u may have some more missions offered to u, accept them
5 eventually u should get the photo one
6 either do all the missions u accepted or abort them (dont abort photo one)
7 make sure u let the photographer escape
8 land on S-whatever, u should get the mission to move to a new planet
if u dont get the photo mission, repeat steps 1-5

Keep going to the bar and doing missions to harass the Zidagar. Eventually,
I'm sure they'll send another photographer. They've got to be wondering
why so many of their ships and cargos are disappearing in that section of
space. And when intel scouts start disappearing, that'll just make 'em more
curious. I don't think this thorn in the Zidagar's side will remain hidden
forever.

Yeah, usually you can get a mission again if you fail it, there are a couple of missions I think where you can't get a mission again if you fail it but I don't think that's one of them. O can someone tell me the mission bit that's set when you finish the Azdgari Central Objective, I need it for a plug.

Alright I'm going to tell you exactly how it happened...
I did little missions and i waited and waited and waited...
Finally I got the photographer mission again and i pressed ESC and re-opened my pilot again and again and again until it didn't get destroyed then i landed on the planet and got the mission to escort the evacuees to gruzi so i accepted it and then aborted the zidigar photographer mission then i escorted the evacuues to gruzi and they thanked my or something and then i went to Xarnes (in the azdgari system) like yall said and landed and went to the spaceport bar and still nothing was there! what am i doing wrong?

There's your problem. Don't abort the photographer mission. Kill the photographer or let him go, just don't abort.
The "Escort refugees" missions are all over Aggy space, and are totally unimportant ('cept for some $$$)... ignore them. (unless you need $$$, but there are easier ways of making cash)
