Does anyone know where to get the EVO starwars plugin that has the really cool graphics I have it for EV and want to put in x varaibles for the laser on ships like the x-wing doe anyone know where I can get it?

Yes it was called Cornelius. It's number... I think 19? on the Severe Tire Damage CD. If you look in the cover, you can find the lyrics :).
By the way, I'm not sure exactly about the Star Wars thing but I know you can get a Star Wars plug for EVO if you go to Yahoo! and type in Escape Velocity. One of them is a star wars plug :).

The forklift is very very very sweet. If you tried it on the zidagar or in most strand space, you have do it at close range. The ECM system will block it otherwise. As for the zidagar, you have to get right on top of the ship to use it. Anyways, it is a very powerful homing device. You can destroy any small ship with one shot medium ships with one or two shots, and huge ships with about four shots. Be careful though. If you use it when your fighters (like in a fighter bay) are close to the target, they will be destroyed as well. Same with any other fighters or ships that are close to the ship. This weapon can make almost any ship turn hostile against you in no time if you accidently injure them while firing the weapon. I recomend using it when you are battleing one on one. I also recomend using it only when needed. Otherwise it gets really boring really quick.

I've completed one of the major objectives, destabilized the strand war. I am loved in Igzada space and hated in Andzada and Zadigar space. The Miranu are friendly towards me. My combat rating is deadly. How do I get the Miranu missions now? I hear that's the second central objective. Also, I've brought the ambassador's back and forth between Sol and Emalghia. How do I link up with the Hinwar and complete the Sol, Emalghia Hinwar vs. Voinians missions. Finally, is there a way to work for the Voinians, the only way I've ever found to make them let me land is to conquer their worlds. That takes a long long time.

The Hinwar missions start at Outpost whatsitsname in the Romit system after you have taken it over. As for the V's, once you do the first UE military mission, their missions become unavailable.

Go to Blaga. You should get it. If not, raise your status there or raise your combat rating to ultimate. You should get this after you have a trade route between humans and Miranu. If you don't have that yet, go to Mirava. Anyway, the mission at Blaga should say your Miranu contact approaches you blah blah blah. Anyway, she will tell you that they want to improve relations with the Igadzra by giving them a shipment of cargo. It goes from there. Warning: This central objective involves detroying an Igazra (the huge yellow ship) and you will have to disperse a huge alien renegade fleet. Remember, it says disperse. Not destroy. You can complete this mission by begging all of the ships for mercy or just making them leave somehow.

Go to Emalghia where you should get a mission where the Emalghians and the humans make a strike against Romit. This station soon turns into an Emalghia station. After debriefing at Bakka, go to the new station and you'll start gettin the Hinwar missions :).

I have been playing EVO just about since it first came out and I have completed every central objective that I know about. Although this is my first time on this cool board I thought that I'd ask this through sheer intrest only.
As I have completed many missions and met many characters in the process I began to wonder what these characters actually looked like and more about how they came to be in their various positions in the missions and also what could happen to them in the future. I am especially interested in the UE and Strand characters.
It would be really super cool to hear people's thoughts on this.
