I've just started playing Pillars...I found the child at the campfire and am now trying to find the book!!! As I understand, the camp is West of the Bridge that is on the road going South?? I have climbed, dug, walked and walked in circles??? I keep running back into the campfire? Am I at least close?? I have soooo many quests, that moving on with this one would surely help...Thanks all..

go south of fantrima (2 squares South & 1 square West to be exact) and after you croos the bridge, head west.

o i forgot to mention, a certain person has the book and you either need to buy it from him for 50 gp or kill him (i suggest buying it, itll help u out later on in the game)

Thanks so much. So, let's see, it is that first bridge (west) after coming out of fantima and then go west a block? I'll go back and see if I can find it. And thanks for the tip, in buying the book vs. killing him for it.
