What do you mean you didn't find anything, didnt you see the large ruins and cave in the south eastern part of the plains.....?
At the bottom of the cave on the same screen as the ruins, you will find an Elf. Talk
with him, and he will give you a slew of new quests to do, which will eventually lead
to completing the remaining quests from the druid.
If you have already found and spoken with the Elf, tell us what quests you have in
your quest log.

ok man, i have that problem too... there are some ruins on the east side of the plains of endlesswind and if you do something there will be a portal that leads to an elf in a cave. You went in the cave of the river, thats how you cross the river. After the river, if you went there, the cave where the door is a skull, is the cave of the second LOST magicians order.the elf will send you there...

Hey David can you tell me who told you to go to the plains. Was it the druid and is there a special quest for it because the only thing he's telling me is to bugger off. I myself seem to have a problem from a other kind. I did found the two orders but this was not mend. So I've got the black dragons tooth but does not know what to do.

tree? This gives you the quest to find the plains of the winds where you will find
the elf, and he will talk with you, etc etc.

I think you are talking about the book at the th level, yes. Well I'm not allowed there by the monks.

What level of the learning tree can you get too?

You get to the various levels by:
1st - Retrieving the book that was stolen and returning it to Emelius the druid.
2nd - Killing the Ookwasps and getting Ulrik to complete the bridge.
3rd - Finding and giving a ring to Emelius the druid which he asks you for.
The learning tree quests are, to my knowledge, the only necessary quests to follow in
order to beat the game. (And by learning tree quests, I include quests given by others that complete the learning tree quests; ie, the elf's quests)
You must be able to access the 1st level of the learning tree in order to get the quest
to find the plains of the endless winds. I think you need access to level 2 in order
to learn about the ritual of sacrifices (gleaned by looking up the reference to Order
of Seasons) so that the elf will talk to you and send you on the quest to recover the
Milla'Kara shield. And you have to have access to level 3 in order to venture into
High Garendall to finish the game.
