Need to know best resolution etc
I have played Escape Velocity and override before on an iMac and have had much better graphics then on my current eMac (700mhz - soon to be Dual G5) as I recall, I just wondered what I could do too achieve the equivilent (non-grainy - or - non very grainy) graphics for EV and EVO. Should I have it on 860 x 480 at thousands of colours? (for example) Or something else? Thanks in advance.
Also, although I don't think (or doubt) this is related, when I start up EV (in the loading screen)- a Error Occurs, stating that:
EV encountered an error while starting up, probably due to a lack of memory. Please increase EV's memory allocation and try again.
Anyone know what causes this problem? I know it is not a memory issue as I have 768 and can run games of much higher requirements then this...

What are you running this in? The Classic environment in OS X or a genuine Mac OS 9.x (or earlier) machine?
