trying to get a cheat to work
I got a cheat called Best Ramscoopbut i cant read the read me file :(. If anyone has used it and knows how to instal it pleas tell me

View Posti hacked the readme file for you and managed to, after about an hour of rebuilding it from its component pieces, reconstruct it in its original form. here's he text:

i also found some interesting instructions for install. what you have to do is open resedit, open the ev data file, open the përs resource, and delete "cap'n hector" from the list (it's number 639.) then, place the plug-in in the file labelled "plug-ins" and start the game.

View PostThe fact that it doesn't install can probably tell you something about the plug. If you really want a cheating ranscoop, make it yourself.
But the lesson should be not to cheat... often.

Better Ramscoop works- I have tried it myself. It still gives 4x faster fuel regeneration that the normal Ramscoop. No complicated installation instructions- just drop it in the plugs folder.
