OK. I'm on the way to reef island to get the herb for the stubborn elf. I searched all around the southwest end of the island to no avail and finally got smart and wend up to berglum to ask to book passage on a ship. The captain will not help me without the statue. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the statue?

Ask people in town, several know what happened to it....
Or if your lazy::
Its one screen south of berglum, and a band of mages around a campfire have it.

I'm in a quandry... I can't find any campfire "just south" of Berglum. I'm looking for the statue also... I have the area well mapped, and am worried that I messed up somehow...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going back to hunt again.

I feel dumb! As soon as I went back, I found the campfire... one thing that helped me was the pathfinding skill. I looked for the greatest concentration of "enemies, and sure enough, there they all were, around a campfire...
