I submitted it a week ago, but it hasn't shown up on the add-ons page. Is there somethhing wrong with uploading it?

Yeah, I stopped checking the EV Addons a while back since I never had anything to move into place. I'll be updating the EVN Addons on Friday, so I take care of EV (and EVO, if it has anything) then, too.
