i have beaten the alien mission and the mission after with the top secret data from the station, but when i go back to palshfie i dont get the tractor beam why is this?

Did you look under secondary weapons? If its not there, do you have any plugs, or have you messed with the data? Those could have caused the problem. If not, I'm not sure.

To clear up things: you cannot buy the tractor beam, on success with the mission it is automatically installed on your ship. Make sure it isn't hidden in your secondary weapons. Make sure you've made all the missions. Make sure you've not failed the last mission. Etc.

And do not post another topic on the exact same matter just to lure people on your problem.
