installed it
started it
WAY to loud music
turned speakers down
no picture =(only music which is very cool btw)

i read the readme and downloaded and installed quicktime
made sure i got the internetextras aswell
only got those 2 tho, thats all i needed right?

still no picture but my wave volume doesn't get pumped all the way up now

i've tried mucking around with the screen rez and colours but have got no where

anyone else have trouble like this?
or know what i could do
