Whenever I go into the lowest level of the cave which contains the black dragon tooth I can no longer use the i, s, m, etc keys. The only keys that work are command-q, x and z. So i can wander through the map and get the tooth, but whenever I leave the map (by going up the stairs) the application immediately crashes. I haven't been able to figure out a way of getting any further in pog without the tooth.

Any Suggestions?

You could try increasing PoG's avail memory. What machine are you useing?
Is the crash related to the tooth? i.e. can you exit lvl sans black tooth?
