If you're planning on dominating it, it will take about 12 hours using an Alien Cruiser with Forklifts. How do I know? I dominated Sirgil Starport using an Alien Cruiser with Forklifts. It took four hours. Sirgil Starport has a mere 1000 Rebel Destroyers in its defense fleet.

No it's not. I've done it 3 times (with and Alien Marauder) . It takes about 3 hours. As long as I'm bragging, I dominated Ruby in less that 20 minutes (in EVGE) with an Alien Command ship and the slicer.
