For EV: EV Game Expander
For EVO: The Frozen Heart
EV had lots of good plug-ins...Pale and Final Battle, to name a couple. There were more, but I haven't gotten around to trying them (but hey, they keep the game fun for years and years).
EVO has more of a scarcity of good ones except for the FH series and for F-25, but then again, I've had lots of problems downloading the others that people've said have been good.
Haven't seen too many EVN total conversions yet, have you?
