I have a proposition. Since the independent worlds don't get that much in the way of funding, I think that the first 2-3 worlds they capture(if they capture any, that is) should become core worlds. This would help to get some income rolling for what is otherwise a very limited source.
How much much does each type of world accumulate, and how often?

UE Admiral: Your fleet spending is correct, however that leaves a paltry 26 million for the other players' fleets. I would suggest you coordinate to divide the money with your other players, if I were you.

For three systems have been conquered, how are the DF organized now: the rebel ship cannot be simply replace costlessly by Confed, or similarily with BariSaxGuy's navy.
