This is probably really stupid, but everytime I enter those tunnels (they're marked on the maps as "<plance name> entrance") I can't go anywhere. I click on each of the little grey markers, but I can't go anywhere but the one I entered from. Am I doing something wrong? I know there's other entrances, I've been to them. What gives?

have you tryed clicking on the names as well?
and did you just find other entrances or did you go inside them as well?

The tunnel entrances are big walls made out of a gray brick wall, with an entrance in them.(Just making sure you have the right place :)) If you have found only one of them you can only go to that one. Once you have others you can enter one, and click on the name of a different one, which you have already visited, to travel to that entrance.
