The Eleven Bow of Destruction in a cave 1 screen North of Fantrima. You might want Heldan's hat before you go into the cave.
The War Axe Misery in a cave 1 screen East of the Old Dwarf (the blacksmith you are looking for). You'll need awreness to find the cave. To get to the screen with the cave, from Cyclops coast entrance, go 1 screen West, then 2 screens South.

Hey, I went to talk to the blacksmith (Old Dwarf) and all he said was something like "Are you nuts? Don't you know about the sea giants?!?" Nuthin about a shield or anthing. Or do I need to go talk to the elf again first?

Yes, you need to go talk to the Elf after performing the Tomes of Elixir and Magical
Herbs quest. He will give you the final tooth and send you to the blacksmith to repair
the shield.

Aaaaah, gotcha. I got the Tome of Elixirs quest now, and finally became a knight (yay!). I have a question tho: I'm weilding the war axe Misery, and I only do something like 21-54(+4) damage, which seems rather inadequate for the nasties in High Garendall. Is the only solution buying more potions, or is there a better weapon, or what?

P.S. Where's that elven armor thingamambob that's so really really nice? I've just got +50 from my current armor, how much does the other one give?

War axe misery is the best 2 handed weapon.
And elven full plate is the best armor, you can buy it at Burglum for 10000 or find it free in cave on a side of a moutain northwest of Wyrms valley tunnel.
