The mission for Rebel outpost where I search a feds ship near Ruby and disable, steal the stuff that are on it, but I couldn't find th planet or position that the fads ships are in. (No fear for battle, i got 30 ships on my side, Kestral and Rebel Ceuiser and 2 big one)

Look in an uninhabited system to the far right of Ruby. If you still can't find it, just ask for the exact coordinates.

No, i didn't found it, i thought i did, still i waste 1 alien figher without that tractor beam, it was hard work. So which system is the fads weapon locate in?

Wow! That is quite an accomplishment!
Go to the Castor system, wait for a few seconds, and disable and board the confed transport that hypers into the system.
