I'm going to guess that the toy is a browser based chat-room, most probably real-time. I hear a lot of "come talk to me on the toy" and one time, when I was going to start a bar for the purpose of just chatting about non-EV related stuff, someone said something like, "Don't bother. When the toy comes out, we will not need this" or something. And I heard EVula say the URL was out there, just no publically known. So I assume that it is browser based.
