      unless you want to save games without it crashing every time! I have this problem on my iMac B with 8.6 and from reading the "Any Bugs?" thread, I'm not the only one

      thats weird. im using 8.6 with it now and it seems to be working fine. no crashes at all.
      i havent got my code yet tho (mebbe its something after registering?), and im using an older carbonlib.
      there seem to be quite a lot of problems with carbonlib 1.4 (i think thats the version) so you could try downgrading
