Macavenger returns from slaving like a dog at BFS III for the past two days to try to catch up on the war that has already started. 
Since the main rje fleets are recuperating at Sol, Mac decides to press the rebellion's advantage and try to recapture some territory, gathering all of the CC ships in the area together, he sets out. His fleet is picked up by rje detectors in the Yemuro system, preparing for the jump to Matar...

He opens it and sees a small device and a piece of paper. It reads, here's the prototype for the superweapons, we're currently working on making a larger version. Insano immediately grabs some DP and points the device at it. It turns it to Pepsi. This could would quite well for some personal missions. Insano immediately transports himself to Macavenger's ship. He sees him, and waits until he leaves the room. Then he changes all the soda in his glass to Pepsi. He then proceeds to transport back to the S.S. Roach.

Of course, I don't have any DP on my ships, since I'm CC, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
The Pepsi alarm goes off on Mac's flagship, and the entire ship is immediately scanned with a proverbial fine tooth comb. Mac's glass is quickly pinpointed as the source, and carefully disposed of. Mac gets himself a new glass of Vanilla Coke, then opens a channel to Shade.
"Shade, let's split up our fleet here. the outer rje systems are only lightly defended, so either of us should be able to handle a system alone. You take the Polaris system, and I'll move in here at Matar. If either of us gets attacked by superior numbers, we fall back to the other system and rejoin forces against the defense fleet. Sound good?"
Mac's ships break formation, and begin unlimbering Coke nozzles to fire on the pitiful fleet defending Matar...

Shade's fleet breaks off to head to Polaris.
Hundreds of Rasberry Drones shoot through the space close to Polaris,dravving out the small pepsi defense fleet.
The rje fleet is suddenly confronted by one Fanta Command Cruiser,half a dozen Passionfruit Dreadnaughts,several Pineapple Carriers,two squadrons of Lime Cruisers,five squadrons of Orange Cruisers,and a small group of Wildberry Frigates.
Suffice to say,the fleet soon falls,and troops are shuttled down to Polaris.
After switching the Roach Juice "water" supply with Multi-Flavour Fused Fanta Molecule Liquid,all the rje civilians become morally upright and decent members of the Fanta Alliance,which is now a part of the Resistance.
Shade gets on RIM,and posts to Cyber-Dragon:
Dragon,as you can see,I am currently involved in military operations in the Polaris system,and cannot attend to your information personally.
We can either set up a secure RIM channel,or wait until I have the time to talk to you face-to-face.
Meanwhile,you will release my ambassador immediately.Failure to do so will be regarded as hostile in the extreme,and may lead to hostile action being taken against the Aurians.

The Ambassador is taken to Dragons personal quarters, and Dragon immediatly stuffs a holo-recorder into his hands and pushes him down a shaft. He falls to his orange cruiser, where he finds that the cockpit was open. Upon entry, the 'pit closes and the Orange Cruiser is set on Auto Pilot for __________ (Mataar, was it? Rigel? Insert name here).
Dragon establishes a Psi-Link with Shade. I trust you're a telepath, right?
