Skyblade, banners would be great. I'm still trying to learn fireworks. I would probably use Photoshop 6.5 if I had it, but I only have the limited version. Dreamweaver is the editor were using in my web development class, and it's better than frontpage (anythings better than microsoft) so I'm using that. Skyblade, I'll e-mail you with what I want.

Fireworks is awesome. Don't let them cut ya down on it.. they just don't realize that Fireworks is a web graphics program and not a photo editing suite. Not to mention the price tag is way more friendly!

Yes, I seemed to notice that the price was lower. Fireworks is turning out to be really good, it makes it really easy to make stuff from sratch. The rollover feature is sweet, too.

You're exactly right. Fireworks is designed as a web graphics creation program. Even if Photoshop excels with photo editing, it is truly the better choice for web graphics, believe me (I've only had about six years of experience ;)). A friend of mine down the road has Fireworks, and its power is somewhat limited when compared to the classic Photoshop. Fireworks will certainly get the job done, and is cheaper. But then again, Macintosh computers are better than PCs, and are more expensive.

Fireworks actually comes with Dreamweaver in certain packages. It was created for that purpose.
Yeah, EVula's pop3 server is acting weird again (which is normal ;)). I'll give the send and receive a few more tries, though. I get lucky every now and then...

Bah, I'm not having any trouble with it. Try deleting the account (in Outlook Express) and re-create it from the email I sent you. Or, try the web-based email thingie.

I've heard adobe Go Live is an excellent program, however nothing can beat BBedit and the power of the include function 
ie:

of course you'd have to make each of those parts, but then you can update a hundred pages by only editing one document.
And combining it with CSS is pretty l33t too.
Then theres all the other php functions that exist, they are quite nifty, and easy to learn.

I fooled around a bit with frontpage, and pagemill but never really got the drive to do anything in particular. What with all the EV sites going up, maybe its time to kick things back into production.

I deleted my account and re-imported it into Outlook Express. That worked perfectly, and I've been able to receive previously-sent e-mails (including yours, Jimbob).
Would you rather me contact you via e-mail, or should I stick to "the toy?"
