...was the Dr. Pepper rebellion. For years now, these rebels had been attempting to gain a foothold against the evil Empire. This empire, whose only goal was to conquer and force evil liquids into the lives of innocent people, was the Roach Juice Empire. They were a terrible foe, equipt with the grandest and largest fleet the galaxy had ever yet faced. They had technology that would delcare resistance futile. In short, the Roach Juice Empire was too strong...

...But then came the Dr. Pepper rebellion. Small though they were, it was their wish to restore freedom to the galaxy, and to spread the word that there was hope. Hope for a new, better soft drink. The war was on, and it now comes to your doorstep. Choose your side, captain. Join the evil Roach Juice Empire and aid the cause in spreading Imperial rule and crushing the Dr. Pepper rebellion, or aid the rebellion in bringing freedom and hope to the galaxy.

This looks like the good old days of BFS I. While I think BFS III is going to be great, I must admit I was better than II. The lack of rules was a good thing rather than a problem, because we didn't have many people and everyone was reasonable. This looks more like that...

ares, I think I see why you've evaded the BB series.

And then, to challenge the evil roach juice empire (which doesn't deserve to be capitalized... what were you thinking, Skyblade? :p), came another small player - the great Coke Confederacy. Using highly advanced Sprite shielding and Cherry/Vanilla Coke weapons, they promised to crush the pitiful roach juice ships.

The CC also has a secret weapon in the back locker - Barg's Root Beer! (actually not my favorite brand, but it's the one Coke bottles... shrug)

The CC aligns itself as a cobelligerent with the DP Rebellion, and an ally of the Mountain Dew Merchants. (you do deal in Code Red, right Corey?)

3, and yours wasn't first. I would have done mine even without any "precedent." It's not any problem of yours.

We had some little side groups from time to time in BFS I, don't see why not here. Seems more natural here, since the soft drink question is a little less cut and dried than DP/rj.

The Roach Juice Empire (hereby known as "RJE" or "The Empire") has been developing a secret new weapon. It is code named "Mr. Pibb." Mr. Pibb, upon contact with D.P. sheilds, creates a matter/anti-matter reaction that can create an exposion so big that it can destroy small planets. It is hard to control, and hard to manufacture, but once mastered this new technology will likely bring the downfall of the DP Navy.
