I have come up with a new idea.

Could we have Political Runnings? Like, people that can be elected President and Vice President of the EV Webboard? This is going out to the regular chatters here... not as a karma thing, but as a title. Like, if "Billy Bod" was President, he could elect "Bobby Sue" as his Vice President. Please give me suggestion, cheers, or jeers. Please, everyone that reads this, respond to this.
If someone wants to run for elections, they would have to have a karma of 1 or higher. I would not, however, qualify because I am not aware of everything on this webboard. So it has to do with rep too. I could be the ballet counter and election director.
Positions
(1)President
(2)Vice President
(3)Campaign Director

The 'parties' could be Rebel, Confederation, Pirate, or Alien. (Independent if you want, I guess)

Please respond to this. I think this would be cool. What would the people that get elected do though? You may be asking yourself this very question.
They could be like a Class President... Try to make the boards cleaner by helping out mods and 'warning' a user by word of mouth instead of by email and karma lowering.

Damn. Well, I unno. <shrug> The point could be just to have a title. Didn't you read it? People like you, Skyblade, and others could run against each other. And I think at least 4 regular members would work. Let's see, there's Luke, Skyblade, You, Me, coreycubed, and a couple others. But okay, nevermind.

Well duh! They wouldn't be a mod or admin or anything like that. Just a Pres, Vice, or Campaign leader to us. To the EV Community.

This board is not in need of more people to warn others, or in need of more people to moderate. Like Macavenger said, we have some few regular members here that there is not a lot of point to this. I doubt we will be able to get the President and Vice president titles, because andrew is always so behind on that, at least the way I hear it.

We don't really need leaders. Organized government is the last thing we need...

Actually, we DO warn by talking to them before just up-and-lowering their karma. Plus, I don't think that the boards need lots of moderation; I hang around this board pretty much all day, and the EVO one a bit less; Mikee catches whatever I don't get, and vice-versa.
