I think this is username #5. Insano, -1 karma in 8 posts is nothing. If this is who we think it is, he's been able to get -5 karma in 8 posts before. Totalling all the accounts we attribute to this person, and I'm pretty sure they all are, he's at -27 karma after about 70 posts.
I don't think getting a new IP address is as easy as you might think, so an IP ban might work. It'd certainly keep him away for a few hours, probablt days.

To my understanding, IP ban is different from karmabanning. IP ban is separate, and can only be done by andrew. Karmabanning only affects taht account. Also, I've seen him post since Tenchifan got -10, I think. I haven't seen him on the boards for a while though, at least if I have he's changed his style enough to be unrecognizeable and has a new name, which would be good. Otherwise, he finally got a clue, which would also be good.
