Alright, since Kaptain Karl is a pirate, we can go ahead and start the game without him. When he posts his fleet and selects a system, we'll go ahead and add him to the map. But then again, if he decides to select an off-map location, it wouldn't be a problem going ahead and starting anyway...

OK, I officially give Clueless Alien Shipbuilder. I don't think I'll get enough experience with Strata fast enough to do as good of a job as I want. I would like to collaborate on stats for the ships though.

Certainly. Since you are president of the aliens, you must first ask clueless to create a new weapon, and you must give him the stats. Simple as that.

Since you are president, you are responsible for purchasing all alien vessels and distributing them to your warfleets. The shipbuilder simply designs new vessels, and the weapon's developer designs new weapons.

A little clarification here, who exactly is arbitrating battles? Thread moderators? Do we have any mods except Skyblade and I? I still am one, right?

I was just examining the pirate ships, and realized how weak they are in comparison to the alien/human ships. One of the main changes I was think of is giving the SuperKestrel amazing manueverability. That would equalize its low shields. Also upgrading the kestrel to modified class D specifications. Here are the updated stats-

I just updated the superkestrel stats...It's just a matter of time before Mac gets the updated graphics online.

They're pretty good now, thanks. We pirates have a problem: I don't think we have a good graphics person. I can conceptualize weapons and ships, but I can't actually design them cause I don't have a graphics system.
