How do you get the United Galactic Express Missions? Does it matter what government you work for?

They start in any given pirate bar, when a guy runs in and two guys come looking for him and you have to decide whether or not to tell the guys that the guy they're lookin' for is is right behind you. (Whew!

The UGE missions are great, because they're the highest paying delivery missions in the game. On one hand, they can be easier if you're a Confed, because you get them at Tabletop, but that's a minor problem. They're also easier if you're a rebel, because the Confeds get mad at you if you defend yourself from the ConEx gnats that come after you. If you're a rebel, you don't care because they're mad at you anyway.
