Show of hands, how many love EVGE. Well I do, although I prefer Pale. After playing it again, I though on something. Why not expand on the idea of EVGE, like make a another plugin, something mission based. I would of course seek the author's approval first, although his email I don't have. We could also bring up various ideas here as well. Yell me what you think.

Never played it but (many people may not agree) any plug is a good plug almost all the time.

I can't Find EVGE where is it? I looked in the Add-on fioles but didn't see it. Is there a search for the files here?

I actually didn't like EVGE all that much...I played it for about a day before I dragged it out of the plugins folder. One plugin I will probably never stop playing is Galactic Scourge.

I dont know why but my hole comp. crashes when I start the EV with a EVGE plug.

My computer crashes when I try playing ANY good plugin.

The only ones that work for me are the cheats (I admit I've used them :)) and the
little add-one-ship ones that are often also cheats.

EVGE is fun, jsut cuse it still has that EV feel to it. And the amount of pirates is cool too, I like them all over the place like this. I also like my 18.9 Million Credit Condor that's fully decked!

rebel council and Silver Dragon: Assuming that you're not trying to play more than one plug at a time EV is probably crashing while you attempt to use EVGE (or another plug) because more memory needs to be assigned to the game. Select EV, type Command-I to bring up the Escape Velocity Info box. Click on the General Information pop-up menu and drag down to the Memory option. Then increase the memory settings. My personal setting choices are 20000 K for Minimum Size and 25000 for Preferred Size; that can certainly handle most plugs.
