EVN is far from done. It hasn't been released yet. They'll probably start beta testing it in a few months, and it should be out towards the end of this year.

EVN was just another name for EV:Nova. There is a buttload of information about it, I suggest you look at the FAQs and the Nova webboard. And yes, it isn't out yet and no date of arrival has been announced.
