When i disable a confed cruise and am lucky enough to be able to capture it and choose to use it as my ship, its turn-rate turns to 0degrees/sec. This makes it impossible to land or jump to a different planet. Im wondering if there is anything that can be done. Im running EV on Win 98 off executor

I would guess its a conflict with windows... i cant say im suprised seeing as how its a game designed for Mac and windoze just sucks c?çk. for a solution i would say buy a Mac their better anyway

I have had the same problem:-( I made a plugin to fix it, but it only happens on one computer. on my other computer i have captured numerous coonfed crusers without ever a difficulty.

Try turning the game speed up. That can work miracles...

Turn the game speed to 100%. That should work. Worked for me.

WTF does that have to do with anything!? The reason increasing speed works is because of the fact that the Confed Cruiser turns soooooo slowly that if you lower the game speed, it's turning is so slow that the game rounds down and leaves you with 0 turning.
