      I'v decided to take over all the Confederate planets. My ship is a Rebel Cruiser and I have four Kestral escorts. So far I have taken over all of their systems except the Sol system. I was wondering how many ships they sent before they gave up? How could I find this out, or could anyone tell me?

      Jesus! Is it really 32,000? I was killing ships for hours and hours. Do I get anything cool if I take over all the confederate systems? Has anyone taken over sol before? If so, how much do they give you? How can you demand more from a system?

      Thats the Defence value, not the actual number of ships. That would come out to 2,212 ships in waves of 3.

      I had a game where Sol was the only system left, my game was mind-bogglingly rich(without extra plugins), and I gave up after a while(a LONG while). I used EV-Edit to check out the Sol system, and 32,000 sounds about right. Give up now, unless you're one of those people who keeps at it no matter what. If so, and you actually do it, my congratulations to you. Please post a message if you manage to conquer the mighty Sol.

      P.S. If you can even manage one out of the four, that's still amazing!

      If it was 32,000, then it would appear like this in EvEdit:

      32,000

      And this in ResEdit:

      420,005

      I personally perfer ResEdit. Much more flexable, and EV-Edit always runis my plugs anyway.
