    • Alien Cruiser


      Recently Ive been playing EV quite a lot and it occured to me that I ought to capture the Alien Cruiser. So I gave it some armor in ResEdit so it could be disabled, and aborted the mission, pulled out my tractor beam and had it disabled in twenty seconds. I captured it and used it as my ship and it really was awesome for awhile. But as soon as I entered a ship outfitting place, the fusion beam and my drone launcher disapeared. It was bad. Although I had a heavily sheilded ship, I could do far more damage in my Rebel Cruiser. Anyone know why this is? Anything I could do to help it?

    • You have two options:

      1)Download a cheater plug

      2)Edit the EV Data File so there is an outfit resource for those weapons. Thus turning EV Data into a big cheater plug-in (or data file)

    • I think you should be able to capture it, or one of it´s fighters! Now THAT would be cool. But if you have to cheat, I woudn´t do it. Cya.

    • Wait until Great War comes out. It's my plug-in that's set durring the Great War. You can start either as the Aliens or the Confeds. If you start as the Aliens you can buy an Alien Crusier after the missions and everything.

    • The reason the fusion beam and seeker drones disapeared is because they have NO outfits. If you download a cheater this won't happen. Also if you make outfits for the seeker drone and fusion beam, then you can go to the outfits section and not loose your alien weapons.
