Can anyone tell me whether or not it is nessecery to use the same pilot throuoght the Empire Trilogy.If it is,in the case that you work for the Empire in the first 2 Plugins will the Weave then let you work for them in the third considering the Emrire is extinct.

You really do NOT want to use the same pilot file for the various plugins. There are so many differences among them that EV would probably crash. You must use a new pilot file with each plugin, as CuriH said.
