Dear andrew,
If we could could we pick out a title for EV3. Like giving it a nice name and the person who won the contest would be in EV3 somewhere. If you do decide that it would be a good idea then mine would be Escape Maximum Velocity.

well, if they don't have a name, and they do, for some crazy reason, end up doing this contest, i suggest, "Escaping Flying Monkey Turds (Velocity)", sounds good to me!

The contest is a good idea ... but it's hard to pick a name without knowing the premise of the game. The name would change because of the plotline. If it were about a war, it would have the names about war. But maybe, they decided to set the third game of the trilogy during peace time, then the name would be something like "The Calm Before the Storm", or something. It's not likely that it's not set during a war, but ... you would need to know the basic plotline to create a title. I like the one about White Punks on Dope, though...

2. Critical Velocity
3. Maximum Velocity

Yeah, I think you're right. I must have been thinking of the super version of a star that suddenly becomes much righter and then gradually returns to its original brightness over a period of weeks to years. The super version of that is the explosion at the end of the sars lifetime...

Just so the title is not 'Terminal Velocity,' as that is the name of my own plug-in-progress. 'Event Horizon' is a nice title, though the 1997 movie (Laurence Fishburne, Sam Neill) was just awful...
