    • Boss Level Problem


      This is very embarresing. :redface: I'm trying to make a boss level for (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com.mdwgmalc/")Malcolm's World(/url), but the boss won't activate... :frown: 😕 I've set the boss activation point in level info #15 to 224 (so he should activate seven tiles along from the beginning of the level) but the boss just stands there... 😕 You can download the level (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/mdwgmalc/level.sit")here(/url) and I really need help as soon as possible, because I said I'd release Malcolm's World 1.15ß3 before Saturday, but I seem to have run into a problem... :frown: :redface:

    • Oh well, it's almost my bedime now (hey, I'm only 11! :p) so I'll just block the level out and upload (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/mdwgmalc/")Malcolm's World(/url) version 1.15ß3 for my testers... :frown:

      But it was only six smilies! 😄

      Anyway, I copied the boss level Manditraki Wizard from the original level set and changed the tileset and it works. Ish. For some reason, the tiles show up all bright and yucky. Level info(0) is set to '0', so there should be 'normal' lighting. 😕 (I have no lightmap). :frown:

      This level should work fine if you set the boss sprite info (3) to 1.

      :frown: I've already done that...

      Anyway, on a brighter note, I got the boss working eventually by copying an original boss level and changing tile set IDs, etc. until it worked. 🙂
