i got mail but can't start missions?

I have recieved the starting email from the dead agent. Now i need to find a trusted link to ARC so i can bounce signal to get to arc mainframe. I know i will fail that but can not get to it to fail it to start storyline missions.

All you need to do is have the bounce right before the mainframe be another ARC server. It can be any of them, like the public access server. Just do a search on InterNIC.

OR you could just straight connect to the ARC server 3 times in a row.
