Will there ever be a PC version? If not, what emulator can i get that will allow me to play it (without the use/purchase of mac ROMs or Operating Systems?)

Are you kidding? Uplink was originally developed for PC, the Mac version is only a port.

I own the PC version from Introversion; it's quite impressive.

(And I plan on getting the Mac version...Uplink is that addictive.)
