Hi Guys,

It was about a year ago I couldn't stop playing this game... How time has flown by.. I was cleaning up my hd and rediscovered Uplink, instead of just starting an agent I decided first to download some new lans so once I'm done with the "normal" game i can try out some of the mods...

I vaguely remember having this problem last year but no clue if and how I solved it.. Can anybody help?? I have an agent X who I backup and then use interNarc. I play with him from the beginning start making some money and breaking the bank.. Lots of cash now! . I spend some of it on the lan upgrade log out; log right back in and am at the very beginning of my last "save".. All the work poof, gone!! So something’s wrong with my save function.. I just cannot remember if it had anything to do with my "backing up" my agent or...

So why is this happening and how can I solve the problem?? Is my notion of restarting the whole game with another agent right?

Sometimes add-ons can corrupt agent files. It's usually a good idea to start a new agent file after installing an add-on.
