The stupid voice program says awaiting voice input..., what should I do? I want to crack the voiceprint of the bank.

Give it a voice, then.
The program generate everything you could need, except the admin voice. You must get it somewhere. Where? Every administrator give his phone number in the public server of his company.
Call him with the analyser running, and here you go, you got his voice.

First you need to get the admin's phone number.
Connect to InterNIC and get the Public Access Server for whatever bank you're trying to hack.
Connect to the Public Access Server, then click on the "+" button near the admin's name.
Disconnect from the server and run the voice analyzer.
Click the new link to the admin's phone in your bookmarks. He'll speak and the Voice Analyzer will get his voice.
Dial into the bank, go to the voice authorization thing, and click the play button.
