Go to the Public Access server of the company's bank you're trying to hack. It may be available on InterNIC, or you may have to hack into the company's Internal Services machine and "View Links". If you click the link button to the right of the name (you probably already know this), it will be added to your list of available IPs.

At the company's PA server, you can download the telephone number of the Systems Administrator to your list of known numbers.

Turn on your voice analyzer tool, then click the SysAdmin's phone number. Let it ring. Eventually, he'll pick up and you'll get your voice sample.

Keep voice analyzer open until you get to the Voice ID system and hit play.

That should do it for you.
