I got the mission from Arunmor that tells me to copy the RevelationTracer to ARC Internal Machine and to run it there but HOW THE HELL DO I RUN IT?????????????????????????

1. After copying the tracer onto their file server, return to the main menu.
2. Click the link called CONSOLE, you may have to click on ADMIN first.
3. Type in: cd usr
run revelationtracer
4. Wait for it to run and hide itself, it will say so.

Is this game using real UNIX commands ("cd") ?
If so then either i don't know the "run" command or its only uses the cd command...

It attempts to do real UNIX commands, but it doesn't really. Just type "cd usr" followed by "run revelationtracer" like suydam said.

And how was i supposed to think about the command like "cd" if i was an "average Joe" that only wants to play and that doesn't know what is UNIX?
